Family Based Services

Counseling/Therapy: Our team of professionals identify the problem, provide counsel to concerned parties and employ tools that help them to be better version of themselves. Depending on the problem at hand, our licensed psychotherapists employ the trauma-informed approach, cognitive-behavioral therapeutic approach or any other evidence-based approach to treat and heal the family. We reduce negativity in families and ensure that family members support themselves
Crisis Intervention: During a period of extreme emotional, behavioral and mental distress, we provide immediate help to individuals and families. Our team of professionals conduct an action assessment, identify the problems that triggered the crisis, foster the exploration of feelings and introduce the use of situation-specific coping strategies to keep the client safe.

CCFA – Comprehensive Child and Family Assessment: We leverage the goal of CCFA to provide an appropriate family placement, stability, and permanency for children. We provide support to children in unsafe environments and vulnerable circumstances and solve the needs of families in crisis.
FTM – Family Team Meeting: To fasten the child’s healing process, we set up a routine family team meeting to track the growth and healing response of the child.

Transportation: We provide transportation to children and youth to their family visits, appointments, community projects, learning activities and other required services.
Behavioral Aide: For children and youths who have undesirable behavioral traits, our team of professionals assess the behavior, discuss the behavioral traits with their family and teachers, then create a behavioral adjustable plan to change their behavior, thus helping the child to interact in a well-behaved manner. Our behavioral aide program helps the child to become a better person at home and in school.

Homestead: Our homestead community-based program solves the problem of families in need of therapeutic intervention thus promoting a healthy environment.
Home Evaluations: Before placing a child in foster care, our team of professionals scrutinize families and also employ extensive home evaluations to know if the home is suitable for the child.

Emergency Placement: Provide placement for distressed young person, we sort the situation by employing an immediate means of keeping the child safe. As we ensure to plan for such circumstances, we instantly accept any child and make decisions for emergency placements.
Hoteling/Supervision: While stable and permanent child placement is important, we supervise the activities of the child and the activities of family members to know whether their immediate environment is helpful towards the child’s growth and development. Our supervision program keeps families in check.
