With a mission to provide youth with affordable and stable housing, practical life skills, and an identifiable support system to propel them towards their future goals. Youth Empowerment Success Services (YESS4Youth) wants to bring people together to raise awareness of youth who are aging out of the foster care system, while still maintaining social distancing. This annual event is designed to raise awareness of youth aging out of foster care and to bring the community together during Foster Care Awareness Month.

The Walk Trail
The path is 1.5 miles each way, and participants will start and finish at the nature center. Participants will follow the path crossing over Rockland Rd. toward the open field where they will see Vaughter's Farm. barn on the left, continue past the field to Chaparral Rd. then turn around and head back to the Nature Center.
